Please keep in mind that each Frontline Gem order is made on-demand. We take pride in making sure your Frontline Gem purchase is as perfect as it can be. 

Because each Frontline Gem order is made on-demand, we cannot process size error or name exchanges, so please be careful when choosing your design. 

Non-Personalized Jewelry Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 60 days. To return a product, it must be in the same condition that you received it. 

Please contact us if there is an issue with your order and we can provide you with our return address. Do not return your item to the manufacturer address. 

Personalized Necklace Return Policy

Unfortunately, our necklaces are personalized and very unique to each customer so all sales are final. If the necklace is damaged we will gladly accept the return within 60 days. Contact us at support@frontlinegems.com and we will get you taken care of.
